Pulsewave is the US窶冱 longest running monthly event dedicated to exploring the sights and sounds of chip music窶冱 greatest musicians and motion visualists. Using vintage video game systems and computers as the basis and influence for stunning next generation music and visuals, Pulsewave spotlights emerging and established artists from the international and local community. In 2016, Pulsewave enlisted visualists vaportstack and Azuria Sky as their design volunteers, which resulted in consistent fliers for that year's shows. Pulsewave plans to continue turn this program into a design residency in 2017, helping different visualists succeed at their craft by offering them an opportunity to improve their skills via design work. In an effort to promote increased sustainability within the chip music community, Pulsewave has collected the 2016 fliers into a .pdf zine.
